We try very hard to match the images shown but flowers are seasonal and as such substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in timely matter.
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colours shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
The delivery times are shown when you order. However, if we cannot deliver your flowers when promised we will be in touch to make alternative arrangements.
